Stop. Stop it now.

I’m feeling empowered again, and this comes so rarely these days. So here it is.

You don’t need him. Everyone is right. You need someone who’s going to love you for you. Or at least like you for you. Remember what Andrew said? You deserve someone who’s going to love you for who you are, and not for what’s underneath your clothes. He’s the voice of reason in your life. Listen to him. There are guys like him out there. Maybe not him, and that’s ok. But not like this guy. He’s playing you. He’s bored. You don’t want to be that girl.

Forget him. He’s not worth your time. If he’s lonely, then that’s too bad. You have wasted a lot of time and effort on this guy. MOVE ON. It’s only been a month. You’re going to be ok.

Don’t do this to yourself. You deserve someone better. And I know you thought you can do the whole light, casual, fun fling. Well, apparently, you can’t. This isn’t you, and you know it. Don’t give him the right to take advantage of you. He is not worth it.

No more crying, ok?

You still are…

the light in my darkness, aren’t you? Never failing.

“Have patience with all things, but chiefly have patience with yourself. Do not lose courage in considering your own imperfections but instantly set about remedying them. Every day begin the task anew.”
– St. Francis de Sales
